Professional Gardeners' Guild Meetings.

The Guild hosts meetings throughout the year, in all areas of the country. These include visits to members gardens, and to gardens not generally open to the public. Gardens visited in 2009 included Eaton Park in Cheshire, Thorpe Lubenham Hall in Leicestershire, Kylemore Abbey in Co. Galway, Bodnant Gardens in North Wales, and Broughton House in Dumfries and Galloway

Meetings for 2010 will include Mount Edgcumbe in Cornwall, Gresgarth Hall and Abeystead in Lancashire, Culzean Castle in Ayrshire, the Exotic Garden in Norwich and Glenarm Castle, Co. Antrim. Other recent events have included barbeques, plant sales, visits to machinery manufacturers and nurseries, lectures, meals and pub quizes.

Meetings are open to all members and their guests, they are informal affairs, where members can exchange news, ideas and information - the ideal forum to discuss horticultural problems and to make new friends.
