The AGM of The Professional Gardeners Guild is to be held in Worcestershire this year over the weekend of 21st/22nd of September.
Day 1: Spetchley Park and the Ron Nettle Memorial Lecture
We start with a visit to Spetchley Park near Worcester followed by the AGM at the Bank House Hotel, Bransford. This is then followed by a dinner and the Ron Nettle Memorial Lecture which will be given by Nick Macer of Pan – Global Plants.
Day 2: The Picton Garden & Old Court Nurseries and Pan – Global Plants
The following day we go to The Picton Garden and Old Court Nurseries the home of the National Collection of Asters, which should be at their peak in September. We then head for The Bell Inn at Frampton on Severn for a baguette and bowl of chips before looking around the nursery of Pan – Global Plants.
Don’t miss a really great weekend event
Each part of the weekend can be booked separately to enable members to choose which parts they would like to be included in but hopefully as many as possible will book for the whole two days and make this a really great event.
