Attadale – a painter’s garden
Totally transformed after the 1980 storms by owner Nicky Macpherson, Attadale is now a painter’s garden, designed to frame the magnificent views of Skye and the surrounding hills. With 20 acres of hill paths meandering through conifers and rhododendrons, waterfalls, Monet bridges, Meconopsis, bamboo and candelabra primulas reflected in dark pools. Sculptures lurk in unexpected places.

11.00am – Coffee followed by a tour of the garden then free time in the garden

Directions
Rail – Attadale has its own station so you could travel all the way from London by sleeper train to Inverness on to the Kyle of Lochalsh train or fly to Inverness then take the train.
Drive – Attadale is on the A890 between Strathcarron and S. Strome, Wester Ross, postcode for sat navs IV54 8YX.
