Two new events have been organised for April 2013.
Millennium Seed Bank and Wakehurst Place
The first meeting in the South for 2013 promises to be rather special. On the 6th April we have a presentation and behind the scenes tour of the Millennium Seed Bank by Dr Wolfgang Stuppy followed by a guided tour of the gardens at Wakehurst Place. With over 450 acres of woodland and formal gardens it will be a busy afternoon and something for everyone to see as it is the home to National Collections of Skimmia, Hypericum, Betula and Nothofagus.

Dunster Castle and Greencombe, Porlock, Somerset
Then on the 20th April there will be a PGG visit to Dunster Castle which enjoys spectacular views over Exmoor and the Bristol Channel followed by Greencombe which is a post-war garden, having been started in 1946 by Horace Stroud.
