General Data Protection Regulation

The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on May 25th, 2018.

In line with these new regulations, we have updated the PGG Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, store and use your personal data.

The Privacy Policy explains that the Professional Gardeners’ Guild only holds information necessary to administer your membership. The information we hold is the information you give us when interacting with us, for example, on joining the PGG, renewing your membership, updating your personal details, etc. At no time do we sell or pass your details to third parties without obtaining your consent, save that your name and address will be passed to our carriers for goods delivery purposes.

If at any time you wish to withdraw consent and leave the Guild, we will remove your personal data from our database.

The new PGG Privacy Policy will be effective from 25th May 2018. View our privacy policy here or if you prefer we can send you a paper copy in the post (please contact the Chairman).
