It can be found at the bottom of the ‘Employment Advice‘ page under the ABOUT menu item.
“If you’re going for and interview or even trying to get an inconsiderate employer to see sense, feel free to print it off or do get in touch and I’ll send you a copy of the ‘proper’ version – or put another way, the one with pictures. Show it to the prospective employer and if they baulk at it then maybe they’re not worth working for. Hope it helps.”
