A good visit to Renishaw Hall and an opportunity visit a garden which we’d not visited for a long while.
The day started out quite chilly but turned into a great spring day. The gardens were in great condition and the Head Gardener took us round giving a great overview of the gardens and the advances that had been made since our last visit. David is definitely a Head Gardener with a passion and outstanding plant knowledge.
Cantley Hall
We moved on to Cantley Hall where we were shown round by the Head Gardener and had the opportunity to meet the owner. The gardens were in immaculate condition and the passion of the Gardens team shone through passion for the garden which was clearly demonstrated in the quality of the garden. After a fantastic tea laid on by the host we all departed for home and time to consider all we’d seen.
